Paul's experience spans drafting, landscaping, and language coaching — industries where communication, organisation, and adaptable systems make a real difference to day-to-day operations. Having worked across both hands-on and leadership roles, he understands the challenges businesses face during growth, change, and transition.

Ikesha King

Co-Founder

Ikesha brings a strong background in business operations, administration, and client support. With experience supporting businesses through process improvement, workflow management, and team coordination, she understands the importance of creating practical systems that are clear, consistent, and easy to use.
